The Strength and Alignment class is geared towards the intermediate student looking to challenge themselves and learn how to develop a strong body and healthy joints. You can expect a dynamic yoga class that emphasizes functional mobility rather than passive flexibility. This class encourages spinal stability, healthy movement patterns, and an informative approach to practicing common yoga postures. Students will take away a wealth of knowledge and learn how to practice for their own body’s unique needs.
